تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لخدمات Webmondo المقدمة عبر webmondo.net و billing.webmondo.net. بإتمام الطلب فإنك توافق عليها.

1. الخدمة

نقدّم استضافة مواقع مع تثبيت ووردبريس تلقائيًا. تُفعَّل الخدمة آليًا بعد تأكيد الدفع، وتصلك بيانات الدخول بالبريد الإلكتروني. أنت مسؤول عن تسجيل دومينك لدى مسجّل دومينات وعن توجيهه إلى خوادمنا، وعن إدارة موقعك ومحتواه.

2. الحساب

عليك تقديم بيانات صحيحة، والحفاظ على سرية كلمات المرور، وأنت مسؤول عمّا يجري عبر حسابك.

3. الأسعار والتجديد

تُدفع الخدمة سنويًا بالدولار الأمريكي. يُعرض سعر السنة الأولى وسعر التجديد قبل إتمام الطلب، وسعر التجديد أعلى من سعر السنة الأولى. نصدر فاتورة التجديد قبل تاريخ الاستحقاق. إذا تأخر الدفع 7 أيام بعد الاستحقاق قد تُوقف الخدمة، وإذا تأخر 30 يومًا قد تُلغى الخدمة وتُحذف بياناتها نهائيًا.

4. الاسترداد

يمكنك طلب استرداد مبلغ الطلب الأول خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الدفع عبر تذكرة دعم، ويُرد المبلغ بوسيلة الدفع نفسها متى أمكن، ثم تُلغى الخدمة وتُحذف بياناتها. لا تشمل هذه المدة فواتير التجديد. قد لا نقبل الطلب إذا خالف الحساب هذه الشروط. لا تمس هذه الفقرة أي حق لا يجوز التنازل عنه بموجب القانون المطبق عليك.

5. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع استخدام الخدمة في أي نشاط مخالف للقانون، أو إرسال البريد المزعج، أو التصيّد الاحتيالي، أو نشر البرمجيات الخبيثة، أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين، أو إرهاق موارد الخادم بما يضر بالعملاء الآخرين. يحق لنا إيقاف الخدمة أو إنهاؤها عند المخالفة، وقد يكون ذلك دون إشعار مسبق إذا كان الخطر مباشرًا.

6. النسخ الاحتياطي

أنت مسؤول عن الاحتفاظ بنسخة احتياطية خاصة بك من موقعك وبياناتك. ولا نضمن توفر أي نسخة احتياطية أو إمكان استعادتها، حتى لو تضمنت باقتك نسخًا احتياطية.

7. توفر الخدمة والمسؤولية

نسعى إلى استمرار الخدمة، لكنها تُقدَّم “كما هي” ولا نضمن عملها دون انقطاع أو خطأ. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو فوات الربح أو فقدان البيانات، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته لنا عن الخدمة المعنية خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة.

8. الإلغاء

يمكنك إلغاء الخدمة من حسابك في أي وقت. وبعد الإلغاء قد تُحذف بياناتك نهائيًا، فاحتفظ بنسخة منها قبل ذلك.

9. التعديلات

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط وننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة. وتسري التعديلات الجوهرية على الخدمات القائمة عند تجديدها التالي.

10. القانون والتواصل

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ما لم يوجب القانون الإلزامي في بلدك غير ذلك. وعند اختلاف النسختين العربية والإنجليزية تُعتمد العربية. للتواصل: تذكرة دعم عبر billing.webmondo.net.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Webmondo services provided through webmondo.net and billing.webmondo.net. By completing an order, you agree to them.

1. The service

We provide website hosting with WordPress installed automatically. The service is activated automatically once payment is confirmed, and your login details are sent by email. You are responsible for registering your domain with a domain registrar, pointing it to our servers, and managing your website and its content.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your passwords confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account.

3. Prices and renewal

The service is billed annually in US dollars. The first-year price and the renewal price are shown before you complete your order, and the renewal price is higher than the first-year price. We issue the renewal invoice before the due date. If payment is 7 days overdue, the service may be suspended. If payment is 30 days overdue, the service may be canceled and its data permanently deleted.

4. Refunds

You may request a refund of your first order within 7 days of payment by opening a support ticket. Where possible, we refund through the original payment method, then cancel the service and delete its data. This period does not apply to renewal invoices. We may decline a request if the account has breached these terms. Nothing in this section affects any right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, distributing malware, infringing the rights of others, or overloading server resources in a way that harms other customers. We may suspend or terminate the service for a breach, without prior notice where there is an immediate risk.

6. Backups

You are responsible for keeping your own backup of your website and data. We do not guarantee that any backup will be available or can be restored, even if your plan includes backups.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the affected service in the previous twelve months.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel the service from your account at any time. After cancellation your data may be permanently deleted, so keep a copy first.

9. Changes

We may change these terms and publish the new version on this page. Material changes apply to existing services at their next renewal.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, unless mandatory law in your country requires otherwise. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails. Contact: a support ticket through billing.webmondo.net.
